In today’s developing world, Artificial Intelligence (AI) holds a transformative potential for society. It can be categorised as one of the most important and most reliable tools is Artificial Intelligence (AI). It has emerged as a revolutionary tool in almost every domain like healthcare, finance, education and governance .AI system is driven by machine learning and data analytics, which enhance efficiency, decision-making, and automation. However, AI advancement is going on day by day, but ethics, human rights, privacy, data protections are also on stake. Artificial Intelligence is completely based on sources from different database and these data used by AI as it's algorithm, so there is a possibility that computer algorithm has multiple lacks or intentional drawbacks which cause privacy concern, discrimination, human rights violation, and many social security’s issue. it is very important that AI developers become more responsible from their own end and government should make effective law to regulate AI and to make developers accountable. Moreover, considering the limitation if AI which primarily includes lack of human intuition, contextual understanding and potential misuse which highlights the need for ethical oversight and transparency. Through this paper author will explore the intersection of AI bias, ethics and human rights emphasizing the need of fair and responsible AI governance. In this digital era, to curb biases, to uphold human rights and for privacy concern a strong regulatory measure and interdisciplinary collaboration must be in existence.
